Remove the lid of the dispenser and cut open the top of the pouch (leaving the wipes inside). Pull the first wipe from the center of the roll through the dispenser opening. Then replace the lid. Always close the lid after removing a wipe. Thoroughly wipe the surface to be disinfected with a moist disinfectant wipe. Allow it to take effect for at least 1 minute before drying.
